MASUNG Group Shenzhen Company successfully held the "MASUNG Group Strategic Development Shenzhen Conference" at the beautiful Shenzhen Dapeng Donghuangcheng Hotel on September 12, 2024. The purpose of this meeting is to deeply analyze the internal status of MASUNG, clarify the future development direction, and formulate practical response strategies to adapt to the ever-changing market environment. The meeting was opened by Ms. Li Xiaoyu, General Manager's Office, and Chairman Mr. Chen Bin delivered an important speech, setting the tone for the meeting.
Ⅰ. Analysis of the global and domestic economic situation
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Chen used the PEST model to analyze the global situation and domestic environment in 2024. He pointed out that the current global economy faces complex and changing challenges. Geopolitical factors and inflationary pressures have made the international trade environment increasingly tense, and economic growth in many countries has slowed down. In addition, the domestic economy is also facing the challenge of involution. The adjustment of the real estate market has brought employment pressure, and the weakness of external demand and exports has posed certain risks to the economy. Therefore, MASUNG needs to maintain a keen insight in the global and domestic markets to cope with the ever-changing economic situation.
Ⅱ. Analysis of the Internal Status of MASUNG
After a year of hard work, MASUNG still has many problems in many aspects. Some employees lack passion, the R&D cycle is extended due to the wide range of R&D product categories, and the company's customer acquisition costs continue to rise. These problems need to be solved urgently. Despite this, various departments have actively improved, and the company's core business has grown slightly under the overall environment, which is a worthy progress. MASUNG's market share is also steadily increasing, including the recognition of the MASUNG brand. However, in the face of fierce market competition, we realize that there is still room for improvement in technological innovation, work efficiency and customer service. Therefore, we need to further optimize resource allocation and strengthen collaboration among departments to improve overall operational efficiency.
Ⅲ. Changes in various departments and response strategies
In the past year, various departments of MASUNG have undergone changes to varying degrees, especially the "de-leadership" management method implemented by the Shenzhen team, which has shown positive results.
1. R&D Department: Increase investment in new product research and development, focus on providing customers with high-quality customized services, and launch more innovative products to enhance market competitiveness.
2. Marketing Department: Through the integration of online and offline, the younger marketing team has achieved initial results in increasing the market share and brand awareness of MASUNG products, and will continue to make efforts in the future.
3. Sales Department: Based on the existing sales, we will work hard to expand into new industries and strengthen customer relationship management to improve user satisfaction.
4. Product Support Department: Improve service quality and timeliness through performance appraisal mechanism, focus on product differentiation and hot product analysis to meet the diverse needs of customers.
5. Finance Department: Focus on financial risk assessment, strengthen internal control and auditing, and ensure the standardization of financial management of each subsidiary.
6. Human Resources Department: Focus on employee training and career development, improve team quality, and provide human support for the future development of the company.
Ⅳ. Future Planning
Looking ahead, MASUNG will continue to uphold the development concept of "professionalism, innovation, integrity and service", focus on market demand, improve product and service quality, enhance customized service capabilities, promote innovation, and strengthen brand building to ensure market competitive advantages. At the same time, it will actively expand the international market, seek more cooperation opportunities, and achieve sustainable development.
